Bill can focus conference breakout sessions, using the What, Who, How and Why Not model as the framework in several ways. One session could be about the model and how it is applied. He can also cover the overall model quickly and then focus on one of the elements, like the Who.
Your participants will be highly engaged and participate in hands on activities that will insure that they will leave with a clear understanding of the concepts presented and with a plan for what they are going to do when they get home to but those concepts to work.

If so, then you need to attend a full-day workshop with Bill where he will involve you as a member of a team with a performance issue. Your team will use the model to develop a plan to improve your outcomes.
Participants will have an opportunity to serve a team facilitator and receive coaching on their performance. This workshop will have you a real-life experience working with the model and how it produces measurable business outcomes, quickly.
